YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.... people went scout for stealth but no no no no no no, a proto scout is scanned by adv scanner. no point in scouts since the whole fking world knows your exact location...
Edit: thier is just not enough room in the scouts low slots for profile dampeners, We are low on CPU, PG and we are also low on speed and stamina, a minmitar dude has much more cpu and you can fit it better. Minmitar can also run almost as fast as gallante scout. |

still man, it takes wayy to much sp just to get around a adv scanner, a scout should be able to do that without all the tassel. |

TBH with you, the best scout suit out their is the ADV gallante scout because you can shield tank it and you have two low slots to mess with... (speed mods) but i do cpu enhancement so i can fit a duvolle on it. |

ADV Scanners are the most common ones anyway.

It's not balanced, the bonuses in dust as tiny they even nerfed the speed mod skill at release with no announcement. It used to be 5% more sprint speed per level now it's 2%... We need bigger bonuses on both sides. There should be a logi suit with bonuses to scanner that way it can counter scouts. See that's more fun and engaging. Once you get all of your skills to 5 a gali-scout should be able to hide from a normal fully skilled protoscanner. There should be commander buffs one day that also counter this. The AOE buff suits we've heard so much about over a year ago. While close to your commander suit pumping out scanner bonuses you can scan without messing up your own fit. Don't be scared of some tactics!
yes, its 1% now lol, what they need to do is reduce the base db to 40 and then as increase the scout speed as you get the ADV or proto scout. so the ADV scout runs at what 8.3 m/s and proto runs at 8.8 m/s and the basic runs at 7.8 m/s |

if you have pro gallante scout with 4 complex profile damps, you will seem like your part of the terrain and your enemy's scope dot will not go red like it normally does when pointing to an enemy. |
